I don't know where you live!. Here (RSA) we go to 'DALRO' Dramatic arts literary rights organization!. They supply us with catalogs!. Type, length, how many characters (3m, 2w, 2c), type of stage!. Writing style!. Whatever you want to know, about all plays - ever written!. And going for the famous (!?) is difficult!. So many people have seen these plays by very famous (!?) directors with very famous (!?) Actors and actresses!.
Musicals are death, heated twice up!. The actors can't sing and the singers know less then nothing about acting!.
