You can find a lot of stuff on youtube but it isn't always of the best quality, and is usually filmed illegally by someone with a personal camcorder in the audience!.
Try going to official Broadway sites or look for clips from televised awards shows that featured scenes from the theater shows or musicals you are interested in!.
