Question: HELP ME!!!! my mum would understand me at all!!!!?
ok i want to become an actress and she said that she would support me and she said that i could tell her anything and she wouldnt think it was stupid!. ok so i go and ask her if i can have a talent agent and she said no because she cant afford to get me a talent agent!. so i google talent agents and i learn that agents dont cost a thing, so i bring the topic up with my mum again and she just laughed!.!.!.!.!.!.i felt like a retard!. please give me advice on how to get my mum to get me a talent agent!. thanks!!!!Www@QuestionHome@Com

In today's technological world some Thespians have started by posting their acting auditions, and acting abilities on you-tube, and the like!. Screen writers, directors, and producers, occasionally review you-tube individuals who want to be famous, and proceed to hire them based on their performances!.
The other way to become an actress is by getting an agent, like you mentioned!. I was wacthing David Letterman the other night!. He was interviewing the world-renown actress Katie Holmes!.
She told the story of how, at 16 she wanted to become an actress, just like you do!. She hired a paid agent, and that agent contacted the writers of Dawson's creek!. She went in for an audition, and got the part!.
If you can find auditions, and know how to act, it seems an agent is almost useless!. Agents have the foot in the door, when it comes to obtaining auditions!. But anyone can find open auditions!. You just have to show some ambition by doing some research!.
Find out how other actresses became famous!. Note their approach, and tell your mum, how simple it really is, by bringing up examples!. You could always build on your talent, wait till your older, and save enough money yourself to accomplish that dream!.
I wanted to be a writer when I was younger, and my mother just didn't have enough money to put me through college, or let me stay home and write!. So now I have a hard-labor job, and hope to earn enough, to one day, make my way into the writing business!. I myself, have posted several documentaries onto you-tube, and should put some more on there, in order to elicit my potential!.

Whenever people hear talent agents they are going to think of big name stars and high costs!. But maybe since your mom is doubtful what you should ask her for is to audition for a talent agency and from there she will realize that they do not cost a lot!. Rewording into sounding like auditioning will make is sound much more appealing and you will find out if your mom truly supports you because auditions do not cost a thing just maybe time and effort!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
Hiya, well to be honest it sounds like your mom doesnt believe you!. Well prove to her that theres no harm in getting one and that they dont cost a thing, they help u get auditions for ur excelent talent, if she doesnt believe in you, then go and do it yourself :)Www@QuestionHome@Com
