Question: Pleaaseee help!? hopes are going down!!!?!?
Ok so i really am working to get some experience under my belt to become an actress!. I know there A LOT and A LOT of children/adults who want this too (to be an actress/actor)!. So the competition is REALLY a huge one!. But I always think I wont be able to do it , i mean i want to get a role in Disney Channel!.!. but im already 12 years old and I have heard of people that have acted like since they were 2 or 3 years old and are big today!.!. **do you think i will get a role!?**because i'm just starting!.!.and i dont know :S:S
I'm really confused and depressed !.!.i feel my goal won't come true!.!.

Problem is Disney Channel does not hire actors!. Many of the teen actors are really older actors who look young, as the producers would rather not work with minors!. In order for you to succeed before you are 18, your parents are going to have to be involved heavily in getting you the experience, training and agent that you will need!. this process usually takes a few years!. you have to be patient and work at it one step at a time!. PS IF you do not live in LA, you are not going to get a Disney audition!. So if it is only Disney that you want and not an acting career, forget it!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Because if your in UK i would've said wait untill you get to 9th/10th year!. So you can choose drama GCSE and stuff!.!.
that's what I've done!. Oh and try joinging theatre workshops!.
I had to audition for one, and luckily i got through!. But i got some help from ym drama teacher, and not only that!.!. Consdiering it was my first audition she wanted me to audition in front of the class!.!.!.
Ever since, I've been confident!.!.!.!.
And yeah!.!.!.
IT IS A HUGE COMPETITION!
Some just wanna be famous!.!.!.
Some want it because its their dream!

Well if you just started,then you should not be sad,but have a optimistic outlook of what all you will be learning and experiencing this field of work !.
As ar as too old and all those stupid rules you started panicking over, rules were made to be broken ,way I see it!.
Who says how old is old or young!.

Just be good,make own show,have unlimited options open!. There is no set way!.Dont let others tell you there is!.
Problem with world today is thinking in this type of box!.

Being nervous and fearing what might be or not be is normal,not to despair,but at least give yourself the shot to fail or not fail,or maybe you might find another thing you want to do more,while in the path of finding out how to accomplish this!.

Only man makes stupid rules and to follow anything that inhibits your growth and life's happiness is not too wise!.
Just do not hurt any one else's but be sure to not let anyone hurt yours either!.

Take dancing classes, make own style,act in mirror,play in church a play or school ask to put show on ,little skits before lunch !.many things!. free puppet shows for home,entertain the sick and elderly who have no one to visit with them!.
let them be your audience and make some one happy while at it!.
Share dear!. Be truthful and honest aways and you will get where you need to be!.But you got to take a step first!.

Sounds like you have plenty of creativity in your heart and mind to over come those boxed ideas of world today saying what is right and wrong or rules of this and that!.
Be a rule breaker and a stylish new fun thing maker!.
Creativity has not limits !.Ask your creator,bet they dont give ny rules what can do and not,I just bet!.
So go study up and find some cool things to try out and maybe make some other shappy that dont have much while at it or they can help make your sets for ya,they get bored im sure all alone!.
