I need advice about stage acting?

Question: I need advice about stage acting!?

ok well when the new school year begins im gonna be doing some acting and i want to be ok at, so does anyone have anytips or anything that i could do over the summer to help me get good at stage acting!? im worried that i wont be able to remeber my lines any tips on that either!? so yea anything u say will help me, thaks!!! oh and also my summer is full so i cant do any camps!. so please help meWww@QuestionHome@Com

Well this may sound stupid but practicing makes all that better! also act in front of people and ask them for their personal opinion on how you did because sometimes being told you were not too good makes you lean what to fix!. Its also a lot easier to mess up in front of your friends than at an audition! If you worry about your lines, you will choke up and freak out!. Just let the lines flow and it is OK to mess up sometimes just don't make a face!. Always practice your facial expressions in a mirror and make it over the top because when you look out at an audience thety won't be able to see you!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

Learn some lines to a play or something (preferably a monologue) and then practice in front of a mirror in order to boost your confidence!. Don't worry about learning lines just read them over and over and they'll be in your head!. If you find it hard to learn things that way then try watching a certain part of a film over and over and you will learn the lines the same way you learn the lyrics to a song!.

whenever I do a show, I review my lines by writing them down!. It helps so much!. also recording yourself on tape is good!.!.!.DON'T USE THE MIRROR---IT'S A WASTE OF YOUR TIME UNLESS YOU'RE ADMIRING YOUR HAIRCUT!Www@QuestionHome@Com
