Question: Some suggestions!?
Hi I've been interested in acting for a while now but I have a few set backs!.
1!. I have a speech impediment(I could get speech therapy)
2!. I am 23 but I look 12 physically!. I wear clothes that are made for women in their late 20s and have a hair style that's made for a grown woman!. I still look 12!.
3!. I am between homely and average!. I'm not hot and I'm not beautiful!.(As some say)

How do I get around this and get an agent and get some acting projects!?

Is there an acting school that's most affordable!?Www@QuestionHome@Com

community college is the cheapest place to get started!. community theater is also a great suggestion!. either one has an experienced actor/actress there to run a few work shops and teach several others like yourself to act better and more convincingly!. if you love the theater, it loves you!. but first you have to love yourself!.

First things first, work on your self-esteem!. Then you could look like Chewbaca and still land gigs because you believe in yourself and carry yourself with confidence!. There are several successful actors and actresses who have physical setbacks but still do what they love!. Why!? Because they don't let those issues become excuses!. Stop calling yourself homely and and don't allow others to turn you away just because you talk differently!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

There are probably roles that are made for someone who always looks young!. You could play pre-teens and teens with sass and conviction!. Your attitude is good!. Most of the world is average to homely!. We need more realism in the movies!. Go for it !Www@QuestionHome@Com
