It takes a long time, Disney looks for experienced people not just anyone they like people who can sing, dance and most importantly do comedic acting!. You need to have a very built up resume with on-camera work, like comericals!. You also need to be willing to work hard long hours everyday of the week and you should live near a large city like L!.A or N!.Y!. also you should have a professional head shot (most are black and white!.!. sometimes color, get both just incase-- don't get glamor shots) To start with Disney channel you have to have an agent!.!. disney doesn't have open casting calls for anyone!.!. also sometimes you can just send in a resume and head shot and wait for a callback to actually come to there L!.A studio and audition (but it's better with an agent) When you have an agent make sure they know how to get you disney auditions and not auditions you don't want!. your chances in that are probably 1 in 1,000,000,000,000 seeing it is that many kids' dreams but most of the stars are born into Disney you would have to a GREAT GREAT singer and Actress just to be seen :P sux i know but ANYTHING is possible just keep livin the dream!Www@QuestionHome@Com

And the answer is: Do commericals!.!. get some exp!. i wold reccomend doing like 2 or maybe even 3 commercials!.!.!.!. they want a good resume!.!.!.!. alos, take acting class @ ur school or email me for an over the summer acting camp at mira costa college!.

then when you are expd enough, get an agent!.!.!. he will do the rest 4 u!.!.!.!.
