acting help??

Question: Play/skit/acting help!?!?

I need to memorize the lines to a script in a few days!.!.!.and it is LONG and to make it even better i'm the main character! so!.!.!.any tips to help me memorize all these lines!?and acting tips too thanxWww@QuestionHome@Com

Find a hallway in your house or a strip outside and read it the full way through like ten times!.!.
read it like in the voice of your character and act out small parts that need to have hand gestures and things of that nature
pace back and forth when you are doing it!.!.!.and the retoricalness will help store it in your brain
or!.!.!.
you could also write it (5 times per line) line by line and repeat each word as you write it

and read it three times all the way through right before you go to bed!.!.!.!.it will help store it in your head

break a leg in your acting!!

well I would record the whole story (skit play) then listen to it and when your lines come up say it with the recording, also just stitting down and reading them over and over, and make sure you understand what you are saying! that really helps!Www@QuestionHome@Com

Say your lines clearly!. Try to act like the character!. To memorize it, I suggest saying it without the script!. If your auditory, just say the script in your mind, if your visual then picture the words in your mind!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
