White-tipped sicklebill, it's a kind of hummingbird!.
Sicklebills, unlike most other hummingbirds, perch while feeding on flowers!. Loud and melodious "wren-like" song!. Sedentary!.

I think of Ophelia as delicate and fragile!. She's defiantly not a water bird!. She loves flowers and singing!.Www@QuestionHome@Com
