Those who do not charge up front!. Casting agencies are not much help!. You want a talent agency!. But of course you have to have talent, experience, and training first!.Www@QuestionHome@Com

What you need to do only if your going into motion pictures is to sign up with the AFTRA and after a couple of years of this sign with the Screen Actors Guild which is the most legit place you can find an agent!. The agent can help you with your casting!. try this site for more info and search how to become eligable to join the sag!.
