Question: Need help writing a monologue!.!?

I have to write a monologue and I'm having a hard time coming up with any ideas!. help!? The character has to be between the ages 18 - 25 and they have a secret they have to tell!. Any suggestions would be great!. Thanks! :)Www@QuestionHome@Com

I am taking acting class and we are working on monolouges, I think this might be a good scenerio:

An 18 year old girl is anerexic and has a hard tim trying to hide it from friends and family, only tring to loose a few pounds, she lost controll!. She finally decides to get help, and tells her BFF!. She tells (her bff) her mom and her mom tells the girl's mom!.!.!.!.!.!.
