I have had a brush with JRP!.!.!. it's a scam, honestly, yeah, they ask way too much for classes!.!.!.!. I went with my friend to the "audition" they said we were both talented and were "diamonds in the rough" and needed "polishing"!.!.!.
My friend went, and i didn't (too pricey for me)!.!.!.!.
All they taught her was how to put on and remove makeup, stupid "poses" for the catwalk, and how to keep your hair nice!.
That's good only if you wanted to LOOK PRETTY! they had one percent of acting "tips"!.!.!.!. None of which helped!.

All in a Nutshell JRP is bad!.!.!.!. don't do it!. it's a waste of time!.!.!.
you're better off doing some community theater for some experience and getting an agent!.!.!.
like the chick said above: the Agency asks you for money up front IT'S A SCAM!

I went to there casting call, and they wanted ALOT of money!. they tell you all these big stars got there start there!. But Honestly, if a casting agency wants your money, its a rip off!! If you are trying to model or act, send your ictures into Jet set kids!. they are AMAZING!!! And its free ;]]

It's often been said as a SCAM!. I was never enrolled in JRP classes, so I can't judge it!.

It seems a lot of people have spent too much money on their classes, where for less, a better training can be done at other Acting Studios/Performance Art Schools!.

I do have to be honest, about ONE special case!. A friend of mine was enrolled in JRP, and took all their classes!. At one of their annual contest thingy, she won an aware, and was able to audition in front of several talent agents!. She was able to sign with one talent agent who had helped her career so much that she had appeared in many different TV series and Film work!.

Yet, I have also hear MANY MANY MANY stories about not getting any results from JRP!.

I would definately recomand you go check out other Studios around the area!.
