First talk to your parents because right now you won't get very far without their help. Tell them how deeply you feel about this and how you want to start taking lessons. After all they will be paying for lessons to get you going and you will need to go and paractice with out complaining if they agree. Get involved in acting, dance and singing classes. The hard part is that this will cut into your friend time but you will make other friends doing this too.

Become comfortable in the art and become the best you can be. Grow in it. Then join local school and theater productions and become in volved in any way you can . Look at all the kids that are in the Christmas Carol and other plays. The theater needs kids but then again, your parents need to agree to take you to practices and all things that go with this. Remember to most likely you will not get paid for some time.

That is why they are called starving artists, most work other jobs so they can act they love it so much. Only when people make it "big" do they make $$.

The big thing right now is to find your passion and if this is really what you want. Have fun and enjoy.

Practice, go to drama classes, and go to talent shows helps a lot

you should have great confindence in your voice and take some acting lessons or go online and look for things to do to help you be a better actrees. also dont be afraid of big crowds. and join your school drama club and take theather. do all this if you are serious.
