there is no such thing as not enough experience. take drama classes. just being in the plays isn't enough. take classes (the kinds you have to pay for). be in more plays, community and in school. attend plays to watch. keep with the singing even if you think you're well trained. if you want to be a better all around actor/actress be a triple threat, dance/sing/act. you do not have to have a lead but it's a nice add. you should try to for the experience. if you want to audition for tv and commercials, you need CLASSES REAL CLASSES SCHOOL PROJECTS AREN'T ENOUGH. taking classes lets you see acting in many different perspectives than randomly being onstage. you learn to do many different things such as improvisation (acting on a limb. no lines) which helps if you forget your lines, or if a fellow actor does too to help the story line going w/o breaking character. you learn about other acting techniques such as the stella adler or the stosberg (wtf is the spelling of that lol). anyways, you need more experience WAY MORE. i don't mean to sound harsh but a serious director taking a highschool kid w/ very little exerperience is rare. even though you may think you're great. you have to prove it.

you don't need a 'look' whatever that means. the thing about hollywood or anything famous like at all is that the directer/caster always know what they are looking for. they do not sit there and say, "hey she looks like her.." they KNOW what they want in the character and they KNOW what they want to see, it's either you have it or you dont.

No, you do not need a certian look, agent look for someone original. Also, your exp. is great, but if you want to become an actress, you need as much as you can get. A lead in a play would be gret on your Resume.

Also, open casting calls are how u audition without an agent. you can look them up on the internet
