Read it over, see how far you can get without looking at it, get past those parts and go all the way through. It helps to have a partner.If its a fairly long monolouge, go through line by line and just keep adding another line once you have the first part, and keep going. You'll have it learned in no time

Thats the ONLY way to memorize it--read it over. and over. and over, and over, and over. I had to do this for marching band. You have to play the music SO often that you memorize it, even if you don't want to, you just do. Good luck! Have a fabulous day!
