haha. i had problems with that. we have a huge auditorium and i had to talk so loud.

what you do, is literally, just talk louder than it seems necessary. even if you sound like an idiot, you don't. not to the audience. exercises, breathing, pacing, let others hear you so you can find the right pitch at what you should perform at.

do a lot of breathing exercises. that helps
don't yell. just add volume

Speak louder -.-

Speak from your diaphragm. Aim your speech to the back of the auditorium. Speak distinctly, clarity and a moderate pace help more than anything. Volume does not necessarily mean louder, it always means more sound. Try to create more sound.

Maybe you could take up a wind instrument you make your diaphram muscles stronger. also do sittups as often as you can.

try to speak to the people at the back of the hall/theatre, that helped me!
