Question:I have a play in a week or so. I really need tips.. I am one of the better actresses on the play.. I mean not bragging... I just need some serious tips

Enjoy it, this one will be all about the kids and if the kids aren't hooked then the parents won't be, A bit of Vaseline on the teeth helps smile and continuous mouth movement, keep apple juice and honey off stage, helps keep hydrated and vocals lubed, wear a one piece leotard or body suit, helps your body breath and makes changing costumes easier, Talk so the people in the way back can hear you, but don't scream, Aesop's is going to probably be a bit more over acting then a regular play, most kids plays are, even if there is a subtle adult theme in there, so exaggerate some of your movements for the kids, listen to your director, very important so all goes well and watch for your cue guard, don't daydream back stage, stay focused and have fun!
