The Capulets have money, so their house would be a rather large piazza. So, since the setting is a hall, I'd suggest making the backdrop be something architectural -- wall, windows, perhaps a column. Find some pictures or illustrations of 16th century Italian architecture, then choose one as your model.

Big, open hall type would work best, since it's supposed to be a mansion.
