Could you not audition for both and see which role your prefer? Are you certain that you will be cast in both, even in ensemble?
Role wise, because of your age I imagine you would have a better shot at getting a lead in the Wizard of Oz, so if that's what you're looking for, that's the one I would go for.

I would say Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. Go for it!

differenately annie.
at least your outlook suits the role.
good luck!

The wizard of oz. You could be dorothy or a munchkin or something. Good luck!

Wizard of Oz

Wizard of Oz definitely!!!! I can picture u in those ruby red shoes clicking your heels!!! Good luck, and remember, even if you dont make it, you are still a star!!! : ]

If you can audition for both and only accept one I would reccomend that. First and foremost though you should listen to the music for both productions. Remember you will be listening to the SAME songs day in and day out for the leingth of practice and performance so if the music drives you nuts in one then I would say try out for the other. If they are all student acted poductions then you probably have a pretty good shot at either. However I think the chorus of Annie Get your Gun does a little more work then Wizzard of Oz. However if it is an adult group, I would try for Annie Get your Gun because there are a few childrens roles in that show.
