It is at the theater box office. It means that the theater will hold the tickets for you and you should go and pick it up approximately 30 minutes before show time. Just go to the box office and give them your name. Please remember to bring identification and the credit card you will be using to make the purchase.

It means you pick it up at the box office a few hours before the play.
