Best Answer - Chosen by Asker: this is in the book hamlet

You should probably read the play, it is a classic and very good. Ophelia's character especially is quite interesting. She goes from being a proper, somewhat naive and reserved girl, who has been Hamlet's lover, to slowly going mad, until she is finally completely mad. (I don't remember if she makes it until act five, either, I know she does commit suicide, but I don't remember where.) Through the turmoils of her interactions with Hamlet, it would drive anyone crazy.

It's a classic you should read it. You will see that she turns from being loyal and sweet to being a snitch on Hamlet, as explained in the 'Get thee to a nunnery' line.
