It depends on what your are auditioning for and what type of actor you wanna come across as.
If you want to keep who ever you are doing the monologue for entertained i would say do a comedic monologue.
If you want to show off your acting skills i say dramatic.
It depends on how good an actor you are so do what you know. Or what you know you can do.
