You could introduce a workshop on improving confidence within acting.

You may want to include improvisational games, vocal warmups, team bonding exorcises. All these can come in and help peoples confidence when acting again.

I would make sure everyone worked with eachother and make sure they started to trust one-another with different techniques.

I would start a workshop on Meisner technique. There's a great book called Sanford Meisner on Acting. It reads like a biography and it's really interesting. His technique is all about acting in the moment.
