They are mostly teenagers, and a few adults and a few young children. I need first names, and last names (Common Jewish last names) So does anyone have any suggestions on names that would have been popular in that part of the world in that point in time??? Thanks. <33 Boy's names: Aaron (Aharon) Adam Benjamin Daniel David Jonathan (Y'honatan) Joseph Joshua (Y'hoshua) Michael Samuel (Sh'mu'el) Girl's names: Deborah Elizabeth (Elisheva) Judith (Y'hudit) Mary (Miriam) Rachel Rebecca (Rivka) Ruth Sarah Sharon (a place name in the Bible) Susan (Shoshanah) Here is a really long list of german-jewish surnames: http://www.family-crests.com/family-cres... hope this helps, good luck amazeidisl sawvensin Well, I'm not fairly good with first names, but I would have to say 3 fairly common surnames that come from a Jewish origin and (possibly) would be common in that time might be Jacobs, Gordon, and Harris. Or, at least, that's what I've heard. bryan, emanuel, jose, maria....... bert smuglehiemer t.j. houshamnsada osama binlauden those are the evil names For Jewish names, you can never go wrong if you go Biblical (Old Testament). Sarah, Rachel, Jacob, Samuel, Ruth, Joseph, David, etc, those are all really common but also really likely for a Jewish person to be named, even at that time even in that part of the world. As far as last names, well you could go with anything really....Rosenberg, Fiedler, Weiss, Schwartz, Loehmann, those are pretty German-Jewish last names. |
