Help with acting(pro)?

Question:i am signed to a company (industry models and talent) but i signed in january so i know they wont get me a job yet because im fresh.i wanted to know what i can do to get my name out there. and also what can i do to inhance my resume while im on this acting hiatus. my thought was make movies by myself and put them on my resume? help help help. actors insight would be great. and other insghts aswell.

First get out of industry m & T, Their reasoning is lame and they are stealing your money if they have asked for any. Act in any plays you can find. Amateur are ok. Do not make movies and put them on the web. or the site or anywhere. You need to live where you can get established as an actor with a real agency. I am a retired actor who helps aspiring actors reach their goals.

uhhmm.... First of all, You can pput flyers. like put your name and stuff in them before they are givin out to homes. and if you are alowed to put yourself in youtube and hopefully advertize it.. well there are many ways you can be advertised , computer, t-shirts,tv, newspaper,Flyers! just open your sense of creativity and make it known!
