Macbeth meets witches who tells him that he will someday be king. he goes home to tell his wife and she convinces him to kill the king. Macbeth then becomes king. then witches predict that the sons of ppl close to him will succeed him. so he goes on a rampage killing the ppl close to him and their families. then ppl revolt, and his head gets cut off, and his friend's son becomes king, thus fulfilling the witches' prophecy.
