-monologue books are always a good resource
I happen to think the best way to get a good monologue is to read plays, random plays- usually contemporary ones you can find in any bookstore. This way, you can almost assure yourself to be the only one using that particular monologue also you will read the whole play therefore saving yourself the effort of making up a backstory (which in some cases is a good thing, and others- not so much)
