To be an actress in the West End doesn't mean that you have to sing and dance unless you want to only be in musicals - which will limit you somewhat. Of course if you can do both, then you are much more marketable. There is more than one way to get into the West End. Theatres from all over the country have their work transferred if the product is good and the producers think it will draw a good audience.
Keep on doing what you are doing and get as much experience as possible. Don't give up your dream.

If you are already in a theatre school, you have made a good start.

sure yes...if you put your mind, time and hard work then you can make it and even make it to something even bigger

You are aspiring toward an incredibly difficult and thankless career. That's not to say you won't make it, but the ones who do make it have three things.

1. An incredible amount of talent

2. An inhuman amount of drive

3. A ridiculous amount of luck.

That is a very admirable goal. The West End generally is a smaller pool than New York, which is good for you. I admire British Equity for keeping the amount of American performers on the West End to a minimum.

Keep in mind, that's doesn't mean there is not fierce competition. Study, work hard, get some experience locally. There are a number of excellent training programs in London that you can look into. Learn about the union, British Equity. Intern at a professional theatre doing crappy jobs so you can see how things really work. Read every book about theatre that you can put your hands on. The more you do to prepare yourself, the more you improve you chances.
