Question:I know that you have to get a headshot and a resume to send into an agency for acting or modeling. The problem is headshots cost average 400 $. Can you use you (proffesionally taken) school picture if your posing correctly?

Depends on your school picture. If it looks like it could be a headshot or portfolio shot, then maybe. If it looks like a school picture, I wouldn't do it.

yes but not advice able because they can see your uniform...

but sometimes its better if professionals do it... dress you with correct clothing and background...
or try using your own camera and ask someone to take the shot for you

Eh, it depends on where you are. If you are in a large - mid sized market (this would include LA, NY, DC, Chicago, Atlanta, Austin etc) then absolutely not. If you live in a small town in the middle of Iowa or similiar, then yes, it should be fine.
