Question Home

Position:Home>Theater & Acting> Have you ever been in community theater?

Question:Yes. 1964-73, and then again 2000-2007. I have played many roles, and enjoyed it all. I have also done just about every other thing in amateur theatre except direct. I've even written a one-act drama and seen it presented.
I'm having a bit of a break now ("resting", as we say), currently concentrating on writing, photography and presentation systems.

Yeah, it's a lot of fun.

Oh my goodness, Yes! My community theater is my second home. It's a fun way to meet people within your area that are also interested in theater!

Community Theatre is the opportunity for people to pretend or practice their acting and still have a normal life.
I have participated in community theatre in many parts of the world. It brings people with the same interests together.

In my dating days my bf took me to a lot of community theater productions. I enjoyed them thoroughly. I haven't been since the sixties!

7 years and counting...I love it.....
