What to wear to wicked!?

Question:im seeing wicked again in a couple weeks at the pantages theatre in la. i dont know if i should dress up or what? i went in new york and it was really fancy. idk if its the same in la! let me know? thanks :)

In general California theatre audiences dress more casually then New York audiences. You will find everything from shorts to cocktail dresses. Some people see it as a great excuse to get dressed up but most dress comfortably and casually.

If you want to put on your best clothes by all means do so. No one will blink an eye, but if you want to dress down that will work as well.

I will be there in a couple weeks as well. Perhaps I will see you there. I will be one of the casually dressed ones :)

my daughter and i saw wicked opening night the first time it played in San Francisco we were "dressy casual".Black pants a white blouse and a nice dress jacket .there were so many people there and everyone dressed differently some really dressed up and others were more casual so it's a matter of what makes you feel comfortable.

i vote you wear something green. just to stick with the theme, you know? ;D

It is AMAZING! i was so sad when it was over! you should wear somthing not too formal but not too casual. jean skirt and green top? (you will understand why i chose green when you see the show!)
