I would say that Passion is more important than Enthusiasm, if you can understand the subtle difference.

Depends on the character you are playing ... if you're playing a dull, depressed, keeps to himself character - then obviously enthusiasm isn't something you should work into your creation of the character ....

Talent, look, vulnerability, likeability, ability to be natural, committment, motivation ....

They remember the student who works hard - after all you are a "student" - they don't expect you to win an oscar
