Question:My 11 year old daughter is into acting...were can i get an agent for her? please just give me a number or a link or email me. bookybabe@yahoo.com its sounds childish but i'm using my daughters account. Thank you and remember i really need an agent for her. Thank You.

p.s i live in NY if that helps and shes turning 12 soon

People don't seem to actually read the questions, do they?!
Try looking here: http://www.agentassociation.com/ it's the Association of Talent Agents, and you might be able to find something interesting in NY.
You can always try the yellow pages also, and keep an eye open at auditions. There are agents usually there.
I know is not usual to "share" information, but try finding about agents from parents or students where your daughter takes her acting lessons -or even from her teachers. A personal recommendaton is always better and, as a parent, I think it will make you feel safer if you have opinions about an agent from someone you know.

It doesn't matter if she's "into acting" it matters if she is good or not. At that age there had better be a lot of natural talent for her to get noticed. Have her get into plays and classes first!!!
