This assignment requires you to form (or formulate) an opinion based on what you read in the play. It's not a this-or-that yes-or-no answer. If you don't have an opinion of what the Prince might think, you do not know the play very well. Get reading! =)

I wish I could help you with this, but my brain absolutely freezes with rage at your English teacher for giving you such an assignment in the first place.

Is there no one out there who can teach Shakespeare to high school students anymore?!
