Question:I want to become a famous actor as a life career. I have a great voice and can act perfectly. I am 14 and live in Victoria, Australia. Please halp as I am deperate to get a acting job. Thanks.

There aren't any directors, even here in Hollywood, who will help you become a famous actor.

And a FAMOUS actor isn't a job, an actor is.

The first thing I would tell you is to look for an agent by sending your headshot and resume (I'm assuming you have those if you're so wonderful) to agencies, as local as possible. Then as you get older, you can try to get closer to California, because that's where it's at.

And the biggest piece of advice I can give you: HUMBLE YOURSELF DOWN QUICK. Really, I know you're just 14, but there are literally millions (no lie or exaggeration) of people who think they have what it takes. Just go to one cattle call (mass audition), and you'll realize it. And in the end, it doesn't matter about your skill, because after you get to a certain level, you're just eye to eye with everybody else. And I doubt you're there yet, it takes experience. After you're eye to eye with everybody talent wise, (and there isn't natural talent), then it all depends on what the casting directors are looking for.
