How much experience do you have? If you are a student or pre-professional, check out things like Midwest Theatre Conference, South Eastern Theatre Conference, the Institute of Outdoor Drama auditions, etc.

If you do not have a lot of experience, I suggest more training. Take classes and try to get involved in a local community theatre.
