Question:I just read in an answer about PMAA? they said it was some sort of acting school or something? Does anyone have more information or a website?
Also, I'm 5''10 is that too tall to be an actress? (dumb Q, I know but i was just wondering what the preferred height was)

Thanks!

Hi. The websight is PacificModelingActing.com My son goes there. You have to audition to be accepted and if you are it is 2500 to 10k for their classes payable up front. If you want more info, go to the web sight to request some or contact me.

I don't know of any PMAA that relates to acting, but I could be wrong.

As for your height, the only problem with being tall (I'm 5'10" too) is that, when being cast as a romantic lead, most directors like to cast a man who is 4 to 6 inches taller than the woman. So, no, you're not "too tall" to be an actress, but you may be considered tall for a romantic lead, definately tall for an ingenue. That doesn't mean you won't ever be cast as either - there are definately men out there who are in the 6'2" to 6'5" range - so I wouldn't worry too much about it.
