Some tips for becoming an actor at the age of 14?

Question:I want to become a famous actor and celebrity. I am only 14 so what would I do?? Also I live in Victoria in Australia. Please help me. I want acting to become my life career. Thanks.

First off, you're not going to get anywhere if you don't get some experience. Acting/Dancing/Singing classes are a good start. You start to get some talent under your belt, and grow your confidence. Plus, if after about a year of classes if you realize you really don't like it, it'll be easier for you to back out. Look online or ask your friends at school where they take classes.

Once you've had some training, you need to start building your resume. Do Community Theater, act in your school play, get in some student films, etc. You'll want to do as many productions as possible.

After you've got a good resume built up, you'll need to get an agent by sending in a headshot and a copy of your resume. Use this to help:

As you can see, you're going to need to spend at least two years (At the VERY least. Usually you'll need three to four.) building yourself up. You'll want to make sure this is what you really want to do before you start getting into this.

Also, you should NEVER have to pay for anything when it comes to getting an agent. If an agent tells you to take special classes from them or a website asks for a credit card number, that is a red flag that it is a scam. A legit agency would instead get you jobs and when you get paid, take a percentage of your check.

well, first your gonna have to get acting lessons,and, practice,and do plays,musicals, acting stuff! LOL! move to L.A.,and, start doing auditons! LOL! HOPE THIS HELPS!

Start with drama classes, plays/musicals, skits, etc in your community first...

spend $10,000 on something and your foot will get bashed in the door you know

Take drama in school and make some home made movies that people would like, not that jack *** sh!t, get hot and do drugs

Figure out what kind of acting you want to do and see what gigs are within reasonable distance from where you live. If nothing else start off with drama and maybe even choir.
