Question:My friend and I are both very interested in acting and/or modeling. We have both received modeling/acting opportunities, but the prices were way too high. I have heard that a legit agency does not charge, only works on commission. I am 13 and 5'2'' weighing 104 pounds. She is 4'8'' and 13 and weighing 85 pounds. are there any good agencies out there that are willing to work with people our age, and yes, we are experienced.

What kind of modeling? You both are a bit to short for runway modeling.
