Check out Westminster College's Musical Theatre camp. It's for high school students who are interested in pursuing a career in the performing arts. The camp is a week-long and you have that time to put together all aspects of a stage production from acting, singing, choreography, set design, costumes, sound, etc and then perform it at the end of the week. You also get hands-on training, workshops and lessons to improve your talents and skills. If you've competed your sophomore year in hs you get two real college credits- which would look nice on your resume and in your portfolio. The camp is $639 for all meals, lodging and activities. The college is located in Salt Lake City near the mountains. westminstercollege.edu/camps.

try this agency out www.onesourcetalent.com if they like you and you have the talent then they'll accept you without any fees but if they dont they will charge you

In the state where I live, there are a lot of camps like this that you can apply to that will let you work on those skills and also look great on your college applications. Most of them are on college campuses and let you work with the faculty. Go to the counselor's office at your school, or the Gifted and Talented Program teacher (whatever it's called in your state), and ask for information.
