Question:can anybody give me a dramatic monologue for females?

This was one of the monologues I used for auditioning in my days as an actress!

And no, it's not dramatic, it's comedic. As You Like It is a comedy.

Dramatic monologues:

Richard III, Act IV scene 1, Lady Anne,
beginning with the line "I would to God that the inclusive verge
Of golden metal that must round my brow
Were red-hot steel, to sear me to the brain!"
through
"For never yet one hour in his bed
Have I enjoy'd the golden dew of sleep,
But have been waked by his timorous dreams."


Just delete the other characters' dialog and you will have a fabulous monologue.
