I'm not 100% sure, but I'd say something casual but hints at your true style. You should try a monologue that has a similar theme or feel to it as the show, and just tell them your stats (height, eye color, hair color, age, prior experience, why you like the show and want to be on it) Also, it might help to send them your card (a photo with your stats on the back, as listed above, and if you don't have one, just take a few pictures of yourself in various poses, a few candid, a few still. Try a few different outfits you think might be appropriate to the show). Don't forget your contact information!

A word of advice on Disney: Read your contract through a few times, and make sure you have many different people look at it before you sign ANYTHING!!! Disney is know for it's tight hold on it's acters.
