How do i audition for a show or movie on disney channel?

Question:i really dont know where to start with auditioning and stuff, but i also wanna know if u have tips to help with nervousness at an audition

I think auditions are held in Orlando and L.A. but I'm not sure. As for nervousness tips, before you audition eat a good healthy meal. DONT drink any caffeine (aka coffee, coke, etc.) because the caffeine is what makes you all gittery and makes your heart beat faster and thats what makes you so nervous. But before u give your lines, take a deep breath! It will stop your heart from beating so fast. take as many deep breaths as you'd like and you wont be feeling so nervous anymore.

If you are not in LA, forget it. If you are nervous doing auditions, forget it. If you want to be an actor, better get all the speech and drama stuff you can in school.
