Do you have a demo?
Do you have professional singing experience that could warrant your actual need for an agent?
Why not enter all the local singing competitions you can some of the prizes include getting local televison coverage, meanwhile get a demo recorded and do what everyone else who seriously wants to be a musician does, start promoting yourself.

Why do you like Miley Cyrus?! She is annoying! You actually have to WORK for a record deal. If you walk in to a studio and say " Hey people on Yahoo Answers told me to come here and I would get a record deal." Also, Kaeley is a pretty name better than Miley. You dont wanna live her life Kaeley. Please get vocal training first.

Try sending out some demos to agencies and record companies.
