its very boring and annoying--I don't want to see conceited idiots who make millions a year get dressed up in expensive clothes that I will never be able to afford and get a hunk of metal and thank everyone they know. Plus I never agree with who wins an award.

Not me its boring

I don't really care about it. This year I'm only watching because Kristin Chenoweth is singing "That's How You Know" from Enchanted. The only awards show that I watch all the way through is the Tony's

It's cheap to produce with free Celebrities and it fills a nice chunk of tv time. If they could get away with it all tv would be award shows, but yeah you're right it's actually really boring.

Personally, I enjoy the Oscars. I'm glad the actors are getting rewarded for their talent. What does it matter if they are rich or not? Most of them worked hard to get all that money, and they deserve to be rewarded. Plus, I like to see what the stars wear :P

I don't care about the awards themselves, I don't think anyone really respects them anymore. It's interesting to watch them to see what people are wearing. lol. That's about it.
