Question:Ok i want to become an actress and there is a problem: Every time i go on the internet to find an audition, it total bogus. and i have to give out personal info just to recive more info. so can u plz find a site thatis not completely a scam? Thanx so much!!!

If you seriously want this...with all your heart. Get a talent agent. There's no other way. Call around. Go to thespian groups. If your a minor see if your school can do ITS compitition. Try out for EVERYTHING even if it doesnt look interesting. It's worth it on your resume. Read books on how to audition and practice everyyyyy day. Break A Leg!

As a actor with 50 plays in my résumé I cannot imagine a worse place to audition than the INTERNET.

The reason is that the net is an unsupervised anonymous hangout for cretins,deviates,crooks and false names who would use any information I gave out illegally or imorally.

I watched for theatre notices and audtioned from their dayes or better still phoned or visited theatre groups to findout their playlist for the next year.

I assume you in community theatre and I wish you the best of luck . There is nothing more rewarding than hearing approval from an audience or from ones fellow thespians.

The best place to find audition might be the Star Ledger. I've never tried to get one so I'm not sure what happens after that, but you might just have to send a tpe or something.
