Ok, so ive been acting all my life, so my advice to you is; dress up-scale casual basically, a nice pair of dress pants and a really nice shirt but age appropriate, makeup; as natural as possible, brown eyeliner and mascara, not too much foundation or blush make it natural and age appropriate too; have a monolauge preped but they are most likely to give you something when you get there. that's the best advice i have to give you.
good luck

Okay, now I haven't acted or anything, but I doubt makeup will really help. If you have the talent and act like you ARE your character, they can take care of the makeup. So I would work on body pose, dialog, voice tones, facial expressions, anything that would make your character become real.

Wow, do you have an agent or something, i want to audition for disney too.:)

I'm not quite sure what exactly you are auditioning for, be it a role in a show, a movie, or a disney "cast member." But I can tell you that regardless of the position they are trying to fill, the number one thing they look for are enthusiastic, clean-cut, people that are excited to be working for Disney. Here's the main Disney coorperation website that lists requirements and tips, depending on where your audition is and what you're auditioning for. Hope this helped, and break a leg:
