Camille Saint-Sa?ns was born on October 9, 1835. Besides being a composer, he was an organist, pianist, and a conductor. He dedicated one of his pieces to Franz Liszt (another composer.) And he hated the music of Claude Debussy and Debussy hated his music in return (I always find things like that so interesting.)

Heitor Villa-Lobos wrote The Little Train of the Capira. He was born in Rio de Janeiro. He also wrote music for the film "Green Mansions" starring Audrey Hepburn - they only ended up using some of his music for it.
