Agency callback within 1 month?

Question:what exactly does that mean?
I went to an open call and its been 3 weeks.
but theyre holding their next open call on tuesday,
and I still havent gotten a call back?
does that mean I most likely didnt make the agency?
They said they would call within one month-
what is the usual frame time?

Hello,

Sometimes they take FOREVER to call you, and sometimes they call in in a short amount of time.
Don't be sitting by the phone waiting for them to call, just move on and find other agents. Then if they do call you, you can say your thinking about going somewhere else, and they will regret not calling you back.
If they don't its okay, because then maybe they have people that look like you, and they don't need more of your type.
But if they said it would take about a month then trust there word, it will take amonth.
But like I said, its not a good idea to call them or bother them, just let them think about.
But if you feel you should give it another shot, then go to the 2nd call.
Just make sure to WOW them with your personality, and talent.

don't be surprised if they wait till the last minute to call you. just be sure to really WOW them when they finally get to you. make them regret they took so long!
