Are there any open auditions for 13 year olds for movies or tv shows?

Question:I have not been acting much, but it is my passion, and i really want a role in a movie or tv show. I have been in a bunch of plays, and i love to sing and dance. I never get scared in front of camera, and i almost did modeling. I am 13 and i don't know how to start my acting career. If there is a producer out there and wants to audition me... answer my question please!!

First aviod internet scams and door to door trust me from personal expeirence i know :O , try looking for a manager first they can often find jobs that appeal to you , to find a manager you can try looking thrrough ads or acting agencies.

I would advice you to ask your parents. you dont want to go and just ask for audition that aren't secure that you arn't sure of cause there is so many fakes out there. It really isn't safe. if your parents could handle it then at least it be for sure. just be careful and talk to someone that you can trust about it see if they could do anything but dont ask random people.

If u want to get auditions the first thing you have to do is get with a acting agency. They have list of casting calls not viewable by the public but they cost money like 10 or 20%. I would suggest you just look in the yellow pages for a agency near you and if they fell you are talented they will pass you on to major acting agents were you will find your big break. But you must have talent and determination because the acting profession is getting very competetive.
